Stephanie
Stephanie has always loved movement. As a dancer, she found Pilates not only increased her strength and flexibility, but in times of injury, became her roadmap to rehabilitation and recovery. Once Stephanie discovered what Pilates could do for her, she immediately knew she wanted to share this new found love with others. Her goal…to help others live their lives in health, strength and beauty.
Stephanie received her Mat certification through the Physical Mind Institute. Then, after several years of teaching, she went on to further her training and became fully certified through Power Pilates on all Pilates apparatus. She has had the privilege of working with people of all ages and ability levels. From well-trained dancers and athletes, to high school students, to stay-at-home moms and those recovering from injury...Stephanie has seen so many of her clients experience the lasting benefits of Pilates.

Kendall
Growing up, Kendall enjoyed an active lifestyle, indoor and outdoors, with gymnastics,
volleyball, horseback riding and running. From a young age she discovered that life always felt more vibrant and complete with regular physical activity. Both physically and mentally. Into her 20s her interest in health and wellness continued to grow but finding a balance in adult life became more challenging. After years of high impact activities, the little strains of adult life started to set in and only in her mid-20s! Kendall knew that she needed a conditioning program that would not only suit and help her reach her many personal and fitness goals but would be low impact, and adaptable to the many phases of life ahead. She heard about the benefits of Pilates and in 2017 experienced her first Pilates Reformer class and instantly fell in love. After 3 years of weekly Pilates sessions Kendall was in the best shape of her life and had reached many goals, even some she didn’t anticipate, including stress relief, and a healthy, comfortable transition into motherhood in 2019. She not only found a movement method that worked for her body but also wanted to pursue Pilates as a lifestyle and career. From December 2020 to March 2022, Kendall worked to complete her Classical Peak Pilates Full Comprehensive Certifications and is excited to share the benefits and joys of Pilates with others!
